Service Design
This work focused on making live teaching accessible without reducing academic seriousness. The goal was to preserve direct human instruction while allowing families in different countries, time zones, and routines to join with minimal friction.
What the Delivery Model Includes
- Private and group formats to match different learning needs and budgets.
- Flexible platform use through Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
- Scheduling that can adapt to school hours, work patterns, and family routines.
- Live interaction that keeps correction, encouragement, and accountability immediate.
Why It Works
Flexible delivery matters because continuity is often lost before learning fails academically. When access is easier and class attendance fits real life, students stay engaged longer and the academy can maintain a stable teaching rhythm across international families.
The right platform is not the point by itself. The point is dependable access to real teaching.
